Diptyque is a Paris-based luxury brand renowned for its high-quality candles, fragrances, and homewares. Established in 1961, the company has become a global leader in the luxury candle market, expanding into home fragrances, skincare, and lifestyle products.
With a presence in multiple countries and a reputation for craftsmanship and design, Diptyque needed a scalable, integrated software solution to unify its global operations and support continued growth.
The Challenge
Diptyque’s legacy technology was creating operational complexity and risk across their retail, wholesale, and warehouse functions. They were managing multiple, inconsistent Sage systems across subsidiaries, relying on manual reporting with unreliable data, and had limited integration between regions and departments. There was no central visibility of stock, sales, or demand, and the existing systems couldn’t support their plans for global expansion.
