Customer Success Manager

We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers and are looking for a commercially minded, passionate and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team. You will oversee their transition from projects through to the account management and support teams ensuring customer satisfaction, retention and growth.

Our team have a proven track record in the implementation of Business Central across diverse SME and large multi-national organisations, as well as offering professional and reliable consultancy services, which means we can manage all of the responsibilities involved in an ERP project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers ensuring their satisfaction and retention
- Oversee the Account Management team to ensure our customers needs are met and opportunities for upselling and cross selling are identified
- Ensure change control through the Maintenance team are handled in a timely manner and customer systems are proactively monitored and maintained
- Work with the Support team to address customer issues promptly and effectively ensuring high levels of customer service
- Collaborate with the project teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to customer services
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and work with the relevant teams to implement changes
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction, retention rates and product usage
- Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer retention and growth
Experience
- Proven experience in customer success, account management or related role within the software, SaaS or technical space
- Experience in using CRM software
- Experience with Microsoft Business central preferable
- Excellent communication and customer management skills
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
