2nd Line Support Consultant
We are expanding our support team and are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Consultant. This role will ensure the service desk provides efficient and high-quality support to our customers ensuring efficient and timely resolution of issues.

About the Role
The 2nd Line Support Consultant will provide advanced support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and LS Central, handling escalated issues from 1st line support and ensuring timely resolution.
This role involves troubleshooting complex functional problems, assisting with system configuration, and supporting end-users across finance, operations, and supply chain processes.

Identify, analyse and resolve issues with Business Central within specified SLA’s
- Act as the escalation point for 1st line support queries related to Business Central
- Basic data reconciliation between entry tables or entry tables to reports
- Configure Business Central to meet business requirements (non-development changes)
- Solving complex problemsand basic error message debugging
- Providing clear and detailed data and working closely with Support Developers, internal teams and external partners for issue resolution when required
- Documenting and prioritising cases to be escalated to 3rd line support
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base for recurring issues
- Assist with user training and onboarding for new features or processes
- Support system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 3yrs experience working with Business Central either as a consultant or within a support team
- Excellent knowledge and experience of LS Retail
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle and prioritise a number of cases
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ideally experience supporting 3rd party apps such as Jet Reports, Continia, Tasklet
