Dynavics is looking for an experienced and proactive Support Team Lead to join our successful and rapidly growing team. As a Microsoft Dynamics partner with a focus on Business Central (BC) and LS Retail Platinum Partner, this is a great opportunity for a driven and approachable Support Team Lead to take ownership of our fundamental Support Team.
Founded in 2015 by Adam Sellers and Daniel Jones, Dynavics specialise in the design, development, implementation, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. By combining our expertise in the field and our passion for technology we help our customers evolve and expand their business system offerings.
Our team have a proven track record in the implementation of Business Central across diverse SME and large multi-national organisations, as well as offering professional and reliable consultancy services which mean we can manage all of the responsibilities involved in an ERP project
The key responsibilities of this role include managing the day-to-day running of the Dynavics Support department and team of Support Consultants and Support Developers. You will ensure that Support tickets are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner and manage the help desk resulting in excellent customer service.
You will be an organised and capable individual and confident in liaising with developers and consultants when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
8+ years’ experience working in supporting NAV/Business Central
National Diploma (or higher) IT qualification
The ideal candidate will benefit from knowledge of any of the following:
Experience in any of the following: MVC ASP .Net Web Apps, HTML, CSS development
Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
Other Dynamics 365 applications.
